Mount Valuation Ltd are a Mount Maunganui based company providing registered property valuations and real estate advice throughout the Coastal Bay of Plenty region.
We have an extensive involvement in the valuation of commercial and industrial properties throughout Bay of Plenty region including allied services such as rental valuations, arbitrations and disputes resolution, building insurance certificates, unit entitlement assessments and property consultancy. In addition the firm also practise in the residential field carrying out day to day valuations for mortgage, and market value purposes.

Mark Hinton
Mark is the Director of Mount Valuation Ltd, he has been a Registered Property Valuer since 1986, and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and a Senior Member of the Property Institute of New Zealand.

Mark began his valuation career with the Valuation Department with in Whangarei, in 1986 he moved into a private valuation practise in Tauranga, before travelling overseas and gaining experience in commercial property management. In 1992 Mark returned to Mount Maunganui and opened his own practise which is now operating as Mount Valuation Ltd.
Mark has now had over 35 years work experience in valuation and property consultancy, he has also acted in a number of dispute resolutions both an Expert witness and as an Umpire.
On a personal note:
Mark spreads his spare time between family, socialising with friends, running, fishing, diving, surfing and skiing.
